  I went in there last night and there was a sign on the door that said "please use other door it's cold thank you" ignoring the sign I walked in because it was freezing outside and I (the paying customer) shouldn't have to walk around the building in the 9 degree weather. Then the cashier looks up and me and tell the man in front of her in a snotty voice "I wish people would use the side door like the note says because it's freezing in here" I also work in a Travel Center and we would never let one of our team members treat the guests that way. The rudeness of the one employee ruined it. I will take my money else where.
